In every community exists jewels of effort and triumph.  I would like to thank the staff and owner of Bless My Soul Café in Eureka for being one.I would like to comment on the excellent catfish I had the other evening.  I picked the café as a reward to myself after a difficult and trying work project where I encountered nonpayment of wages.The ambiance of the little café, the warmth of the staff, and the delectable catfish made the problems of this project completely vanish.The fillet was so light and sweet it tasted as though fried in air!  Perfect with the tartar sauce.  The salad was the choicest greens, with grape tomatoes and the sweetest of honey mustard vinaigrette dressing, which cleansed the pallete and allowed me to breathe.I rate it as an .. “Oh, My God! – good’ – rating.The effort it takes to put together this fine restaurant, serving Creole, Southern, Cajun and Vegan dishes evident, and appreciated.I couldn’t help but admire as other dishes floated past me.I left with every intent to return, exuberantly thanking Sweet Mama.It seems that people could be kinder, and pay wages.  But, Bless My Soul Café left me a happier person.
